Terminal Las Palmas will render services to 4 ships at the same time, both in turnaround and transit: 2 ships at Poniente Quay, 1 Ship at Naciente Quay and 1 ship more at North Pier. The terminal comprises 14.400 m2 divided in two levels to handle passengers and luggage separately. It has been designed applying the latest requirements concerning safety and security, it fully complies with the International Ship and Port Security Code (ISPS). The terminal will be a smart facility covering three main targets: to improve guest experience, to develop efficiency at process level and control of operations in real time.

The terminal will count with a "local taste" immersive duty free retail area, information center and all necessary services for crew and passengers. The Terminal is a full sustainable building that will be equipped with 3 boarding bridges enabling smooth embarking operations with passengers. The facilities will be a multipurpose installation that will host events during off season, given its open infrastructure and privilege central location with all necessary services.
