Las Palmas Cruise Port Terminal provides services for up to four ships simultaneously, both for turnaround and transit operations: two ships at Poniente Quay, one ship at Naciente Quay, and an additional ship at the North Pier. The terminal comprises 14,400 m² divided into two levels to handle passengers and luggage separately. It has been designed applying the latest safety and security requirements and fully complies with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS). The terminal will be a smart facility focusing on three main objectives: improving guest experience, increasing process efficiency, and ensuring real-time operational control.
The terminal will feature a “local taste” immersive duty-free retail area, an information center, and all necessary services for crew and passengers. As a fully sustainable building, it will be equipped with three boarding bridges to enable smooth embarkation. Furthermore, the facilities are designed as a multipurpose installation capable of hosting events during the off-season, leveraging its open infrastructure and privileged central location.
