Today we received the visit from the President of the Canary Islands Government, Fernando Clavijo, the President of Las Palmas Port Authority, Beatriz Calzada, and the Minister of Public Works, Housing and Mobility of the Canary Islands Government, Pablo Rodríguez. At this presentation event, we could explained the projects of Global Ports Canary Islands for the new cruise terminals that are being built in Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.
The authorities have shown great interest in these building plans, which are expected to be inaugurated in two years. The cruise terminals will be environmentally sustainable and are designed to significantly improve the tourist passenger experience, something that will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the cities of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Puerto del Rosario and Arrecife.
